Welcome to the
Lynden, WA Perspectives
Course
January 19 - May 10, 2012
We'd love to have you join us for the SPRING 2012 Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course here in Lynden, Washington, as we explore God's heart for every tongue, tribe and
nation.
Perspectives is a unique course that covers how each of
us can be obedient to God's calling whether in our home town or at the
ends of the earth.
Each of the 15 lessons is
taught by an expert specific to that topic, which creates an environment that is truly unlike
any other class. Be forewarned: God will change you over the course of
this class - the way you see and think about your life, your walk, and
this planet, will never be the same.
Enrollment Types:
KEY READING level (Audit)
Attending class and listening to the lectures is the basic requirement.
There are also two - four
articles of highly recommended reading each week at this level. Students
are asked to complete 5 Personal Responses (reflections on the course)
throughout the semester.
CERTIFICATE level earns a
certificate of completion from the US Center for World Mission. It is
the recommended level (over audit) for getting the full impact of the
course. The work involves about 2 - 3 hours reading per week, with
weekly homework over the reading, and a project due at the end of the
class.
CREDIT level is roughly 3-5 hours reading per week, with weekly homework over
the reading, 2 exams, and a paper (10-15 pages) due at the end of the
class.
