      Bryan has served in mission mobilization for over 10 years with ministries such as The Traveling Team, Perspectives on the World Christian Movement, Frontiers, Avant and more recently as missions pastor at Redeemer Church in Lubbock, TX. He and his wife are currently planting a church in Stillwater, OK. They hope to plant a church that would intentionally develop and send many church planting teams out among unreached and unengaged people groups. If there was one verse that drives what he does, it would Habakkuk 2:14 which states, "For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as water cover the seas." He is married to Abbey and has four kids - Judson, Lydia, Isobel and Hazel.

      Ken Shackelford was in pastoral ministry for 14 years in California and Arkansas. He and his wife, Tanja and their family have lived long term and worked on the Tibetan Plateau in China and also in Albania. In 2018, Ken formed a new media-mobilization organization called Lumenations. In 2021, Ken and his family will be relocating to Tunisia where he will pastor the Sousse International Church.

      Andy Ott was born and raised in Bolivia, South America. His parents were in the process of translating the Scriptures for the Ignaciano people of central Bolivia. He grew up seeing the impact that the translated Scripture had on individuals, families, communities, and cultures. Andy and his family moved to Peru, South America in 1993 with Wycliffe/JAARS to help provide safe, quick, reliable transportation in and out of remote jungle locations in support of Bible translation. Then in 2000, they moved back to the Wycliffe USA Headquarters to work in recruiting the needed personnel to make Vision 2025 become a reality! He has been mobilizing and recruiting ever since! Andy is husband to one wife, Jan, and father to two adult children, Daniel (married to Danielle) and Hannah. We enjoy having them near, especially since we now have a grandbaby, Caleb! However, we know that will not always be so, since we hope to go back overseas before the Task is complete, and Christ returns!

      Sean and his wife Meredith have spent the last decade traveling the entire Continental U.S. casting mission vision with Traveling Team. They have a two year old daughter named Haven. Sean graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Communication. He has short term exposure in India and Indonesia. Sean continues to travel nation wide speaking to students and churches. When not speaking he serves alongside The Traveling Team Leadership as the Director of Ministry Advancement. He is working on a Masters Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary.

      How Shall They Hear?

      Culture and intercultural communication of the gospel. Communicating the gospel with relevance at the worldview level helps avoid syncretism (blending of cultural error with God?s truth) and also enables powerful movements of the gospel. Sensitive missionaries will look for ways that God has preserved or prepared people to hear the gospel, often finding redemptive analogies for God's truth.

      Asif Mall was born to a Christian family in Pakistan. Asif speaks Urdu, Hindi and English in addition to his mother tongue of Punjabi. Asif went on to Higher Education studying English Literature & Journalism for his BA degree. He then went on to study English Literature at the MA level at Punjab University, Lahore, Pakistan. Asif was recruited by Open Doors International joined church work in Pakistan, and continued in ministry work for nearly 3 years before traveling to the UK in 1996 to study for a BA (Hons) in Theology and Ministry from Sheffield University. In Sheffield he got involved with international student ministries on a voluntary basis and was also able to help churches in developing their outreach to Muslims in the community, and in supporting the persecuted church around the world, especially in Pakistan. Towards the end of his degree programme he met and became engaged to Clare who was also interested in Muslim outreach, they married in September 2000. God blessed them with a son in 2003 and a daughter in 2006. In 1999, after graduating, Asif joined Operation Mobilisation as a missionary evangelist in the UK. Asif's roles include being the leader for Asian Ministry, evangelist to Muslims, apologist, Trainer and mission-mobiliser for ministry among Muslims. Asif is also the coordinator of MTH - Markaz Tehqiq Al-Haq (Centre for Research of the Truth), which is a consultancy and resource project, which helps churches develop effective ministry among Muslims. MTH focuses on researching and developing appropriate apologetics to reach Muslims, that 'ordinary' Christians can be trained in and use. Asif has been a regular speaker at several "Encountering the World of Islam" (PWI) classes in the United States in Colorado, Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C. He has also been a guest lecturer at Columbia International University, Columbia, S.C.; Alliance Theological Seminary, Nyack, NY; Biola University, La Mirada, CA; Bethel Seminary, San Diego, CA; PWI Course, Washington Bible College, Lanham, Maryland; Horizon School of Evangelism, San Diego, CA; Heritage Christian College, El Cajon, CA; Casas Adobe Christian Middle School, and Desert Christian High School, Tucson, AZ. For the last several years, Asif has been involved in extensive teaching and seminar presentations on ‘ministry among Muslims’ and preaching at various churches in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia, South Carolina, Chicago (Illinois), Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Washington State and California. Asif and MTH offer a range of various seminars on ‘Ministry to Muslims’ for Churches, Bible Colleges and University Christian Unions. Then in 2003 I took Perspectives, and God did some amazing work in my heart and mind through it. After a year of ministry in the Amazon Jungle and 4 years living in Central Asia working with Muslims, God led me back to my hometown of Wichita to serve as the Pastor of Evangelism and Missions at First Evangelical Free Church.       Ministries to Muslims, Divide CO

      Dr. Don McCurry served as a missionary among Punjabi peoples in Pakistan for eighteen years with the United Presbyterian Church. In 1975, Don came home to work on his doctorate at The School of World Mission at Fuller Theological Seminary. From 1977 to 1985, Don taught at Fuller in the field of Muslim Evangelism. He also founded and taught for seven years in the Zwemer Institute of Muslim Studies, training eight hundred missionaries who went to the Muslim world. In 1986, Don founded a new ministry called "Ministries To Muslims." This has enabled Don to teach freely throughout the two-thirds world in 67 countries, preparing missionaries to stand alongside of the western missions in reaching Muslims. Don's authored, Healing the Broken Family of Abraham: Bringing New Life to Muslims, which has been translated into Spanish, Russian, Arabic, German, Tatar, Azeri, Tajik, Turkmen, Uzbek, and Georgian. Other books include The Gospel and Islam: A Compendium and Sharing the Good News With Iranians and Now You Can Know What Muslims Believe. Dr. McCurry currently offices in Colorado Springs where he serves as President of Ministries To Muslims.

      Pam is currently the Co-Editor of Perspectives 5th Edition and a member of All Nations. She lived in Central Asia for ten years, where she planted churches among three people groups, two of whom are Muslim. She earned an MA and PhD in Linguistics (i.e. Bible Translation) from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has published numerous books and articles in missions. She is most well known as “The Stick Figure Lady” for her popular book “Stick Figures Save the World.”
