Matthew Ellison
Sixteen:Fifteen, Albuquerque NM
Matthew was rescued by Jesus when he was twenty-three. Shortly after, he found himself in Ghana, West Africa on the first of what would be many ventures to the mission field. That first trip, Matthew says, "ruined me for anything less than a life lived for God's global purpose." In 1993 he began serving at Calvary of Albuquerque, in New Mexico, where he attended and graduated from their School of Ministry. He worked as the missions pastor at Calvary for nine years, developing and launching a strategic church-wide missions ministry. There he founded LifeLine Missions, an international short-term mission ministry that gave thousands across the country the opportunity to experience the mission field firsthand. Through these ministry opportunities he became extensively involved in short and long-term mission endeavors in countries around the world.
Now, he devotes his time to serving local churches across the country by coaching them in strategically focused missions and helping them to discover and use their unique gifts in partnership with others to make Christ known among all nations. Matthew is the President and co-founder of Sixteen:Fifteen, and currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his wife, Renee, and their three children, Matthew, Caleigh, and Landin. b

Bobby Erickson
Albuquerque NM
Bobby Erickson’s passion and distinct calling is to make disciples of Jesus, primarily among university students. His ambition is to see generation after generation of college students catch a vision for God’s glory and live with reckless abandon exclusively for Him until their dying day.
Bobby was led to Christ in the fall of 1993 while he was a graduate economics student at New Mexico State University (NMSU). Bobby joined the Christian Challenge staff the next summer, laboring there until the fall of 1997. In those years, he learned to be effective in training students to share their faith and in teaching them and other students to be disciple-making disciples.
In September of 1995, Bobby married his wife, Tyra, and in the summer of 1997 they were commissioned by the IMB to serve for two years in East Asia. Returning to the states in August of 1999, he has since served the Lord as a minister to college students in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Waco, Texas, and Las Cruces, New Mexico. He is currently the director of the Christian Challenge ministry at the University of New Mexico.
God is using students from college campuses to serve His purposes all over the world, and Bobby doesn’t question that he has a responsibility with eternal consequences - to make disciples of all nations through the Christian Challenge at UNM.
Bobby and Tyra have four children, Andrew, Austin, Aiden and Desta. He has two earned degrees from NMSU, a BBA in Financial Management and an MA in Economics. b
