Yvonne's varied career experience includes the corporate world, local church ministry, mission ministry, and managing a non-profit organization. She has worked with the Perspectives movement for 25 years as a local class coordinator, regional director, instructor, author and Perspectives Global trainer. Her overseas field experience includes one year in Russia and numerous short-term trips into over 35 nations. She holds a Doctor of Ministry in Missions and Cross-Cultural Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

      Ron Nelson served nearly six years as the Director of Missions & Evangelism at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, TX under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Tony Evans. He and wife Star as mission mobilizers have launched their ministry "Sowing Seeds of Joy." Ron has 15 years of missions mobilization experience. He and Star, have an unconditional passion for missions and have led countless teams and trained hundreds for short-term missions. Together, they took the Perspectives course which literally changed their 10 year plan. Their travels have taken them to thirteen countries, the likes of Kenya, Papua New Guinea, Haiti, and the Philippines. Ordained and licensed to preach in 2005, Ron and Star, married for 32 years, have two children and one grandson.

      Wayne Park grew up in New York, the son of Korean immigrants. He studied Fine Arts at Parsons School of Design in NYC and received his Master of Divinity at Regent College in Vancouver, BC. He is presently working towards a Doctorate of Ministry at Fuller Theological Seminary. As a minister with the Evangelical Covenant Church denomination his focus is on planting multiethne, missional churches in urban centres. Prior, he has worked with Youth With A Mission in strategic development. Currently, he is the lead pastor of Woven Church, a multiethnic church in Houston with a focus on empowering lay people in vocational identity and calling. He is married to Ashley 15 years and has two children Austin (9) and Zoe (8).

      Dale Smith has served as lead pastor in local churches for over 30 years along with his wife, Jennifer, and their two daughters. During that time they also served as a church planters in Louisville, Kentucky and Northern Virginia. Currently he is privileged to serve Cy-Fair Christian Church as Executive Pastor. Dale is passionate about mobilizing people from all walks of life to engage people with the gospel of Christ beginning in their neighborhoods and stretching to the ends of the earth. Dale holds two graduate degrees in missions and evangelism. His passion is to lead the local church to identify and engage unreached people groups with the gospel of Christ. He has been blessed to invest his time and energy in the house church movement in East Asia. He has also been blessed to do work in Kenya, Southeast Asia and Mexico.

      Mary Ho is currently the International Executive Leader of All Nations Family, a cross-cultural church planting and missions training and sending organization based out of Kansas City. Born in Taiwan and raised on four continents, Mary has lived in Swaziland, Taiwan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Hong Kong, and the U.S., and travelled extensively. They moved from Hong Kong to Kansas City in 2000. She worked as Managing Editor for four years in Taiwan, and has written and edited several publications. She then served for four years in World Vision Taiwan and World Vision Hong Kong. In World Vision Taiwan, Mary was the Manager of the International Ministry Department. She received her doctoral degree in strategic leadership from Regent University, VA in 2017, her M.A. in Communications, and her B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is married to John Ho and has two boys, ages 21 and 16.

For many years he served as the Missions Chairman of Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands. During the years, his wife, Suzanne and Rick have had the privilege of helping on cross-cultural trips to The Philippines, El Salvador, Dubai, Haiti, Romania, China, Albania, the Gaza Strip, Germany and Turkey. Rick is a member of Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands. He is a graduate of Baylor University.

      Dr. Robin Harris is the director of GIAL's Center for Excellence in World Arts (www.gial.edu/arts) and also serves as the president of the International Council of Ethnodoxologists (ICE). She co-edited "Worship and Mission for the Global Church: An Ethnodoxology Handbook" (William Carey Library, 2013) and speaks widely on the topic of arts and cross-cultural service.

      Outrageous Love, Choctaw OK

      Jamie Zumwalt is the Founder and President of Outrageous Love, an organization that starts Communities of Hope among marginalized peoples. Jamie and her husband, John, served as missionaries in Taiwan among the Hakka and Taiwanese. For 22 years, John and Jamie have been training and sending missionaries out to plant the church among the unreached. She now pastors and a leads a coffee house, church community called Joe's Addiction in a "red light" district of Oklahoma City, doing life together with the poor. She has authored a book called Simple Obsession, Enjoying the Tender Heart of God and travels widely, teaching and inviting more people to plant Communities of Hope. She and John have five children and one grand daughter.

      Dr. Jon Hardin is the National Communications Specialist for Frontiers. He has served in various executive leadership roles in missions agencies for over 15 years. Jon regularly speaks and teaches in churches, conferences, and various training events around the world--he has taught over 25,000 Perspectives students. Jon has a passion for seeing local churches and ordinary Christians step into strategic roles in the global missions enterprise. Jon is an ordained minister, holds a PhD from the VU University in Amsterdam, did post-graduate studies at the International Baptist Theological Seminary in Prague, is a graduate of Denver Seminary, and also has an MBA. He is a CPA and worked for IBM Corporation for nine years before going into full-time ministry.
