Your Kingdom Come
Exploring God's purpose regarding evil: How God has accomplished a defeat of evil powers in order to open a season of history in which the nations can freely follow Christ. The kingdom of God as the destiny of all history. Christ's mission seeks a hindering of evil to bring about a sign of the coming peace of the kingdom of God. Our prayers contend with evil in order to bring about the transformation of society with Christ's kingdom in view.

Jaime was born in Willmar, MN, into a family with a heritage in missions. His dad, Steve, is the son of martyr, Nate Saint, a jungle missionary pilot who was speared to death in the Amazon Rainforest of Ecuador, South America in 1956 by the Waodani tribe. Jaime grew up in a family that participated in mission ventures in Ecuador as well as in Mali, West Africa, in-between businesses that took them from Minnesota to Texas and eventually to central Florida where I-TEC is headquartered.
After graduating from high school in 1995, Jaime moved with his family to the Amazon Rainforest to help the Waodani tribe learn to do for themselves what outsiders had been doing so that the Waodani could reach their own people with the Gospel.
After returning from the jungles, Jaime attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing. After his second year of college, Jaime married Jessica Shea, a girl he met just before leaving for the jungles. Jaime and Jessica have been married for over 24 years and have six beautiful daughters, including one set of twins who became their grand finale.
In 2010, Jaime joined the Indigenous People’s Technology and Education Center (I-TEC), which was founded by his dad, Steve. Since his Dad's injury in 2012, Jaime has become the primary spokesperson for I-TEC, helping people in North America and around the world catch the vision for training Indigenous Christ followers with tools to open doors for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. b

Scott and his wife, Chris, have been married 40 years and are blessed with two grown children and one grandson. Scott completed a BSBA from Mars Hill University (NC), a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY., and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Seminary in 1995 in Evangelism and Church Growth. After serving as a Lead Pastor for 34 years he has now made the transition to invest 100% of his ministry in Missions as the Pastor of Global Missions at Salem Church in McDonough, Georgia. He is personally involved in mission partnerships on four continents and serves as the Co- Director for Mustard Seed International. He has led 69 short-term mission trips to Asia, Africa, Europe, and Central America. Scott also teaches 6 Perspectives on the World Christian Movement lessons and seeks to weave stories and experiences from the front lines into the time-tested practical principles of the world of missions. He loves helping to mobilize churches and individuals to catch God's vision for the world and to develop ongoing mission partnerships between local churches and believers here with indigenous partners in unreached areas. He loves to teach God's Word in its simplicity and power and has a passion to reach the unreached and to see believers grow in Christ and become pioneers of Kingdom growth. b

Glenn continues to serve the Lord as a medical English to Spanish interpreter helping the needy.

Sean and his wife Meredith have spent the last decade traveling the entire Continental U.S. casting mission vision with Traveling Team. They have a two year old daughter named Haven. Sean graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Communication. He has short term exposure in India and Indonesia. Sean continues to travel nation wide speaking to students and churches. When not speaking he serves alongside The Traveling Team Leadership as the Director of Ministry Advancement. She lived in Central Asia for ten years, where she planted churches among three people groups, two of whom are Muslim. She earned an MA and PhD in Linguistics (i.e. Bible Translation) from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has published numerous books and articles in missions. She is most well known as “The Stick Figure Lady” for her popular book “Stick Figures Save the World.” b

Lesson 10
How Shall They Hear?
Culture and intercultural communication of the gospel. Communicating the gospel with relevance at the worldview level helps avoid syncretism (blending of cultural error with God?s truth) and also enables powerful movements of the gospel. Sensitive missionaries will look for ways that God has preserved or prepared people to hear the gospel, often finding redemptive analogies for God's truth.

Eliot Branch is the author of The Faith Road: A True Story of Peril and Mission in Southeast Asia and Director of Mekong Multiply. Eliot has a Masters Degree in World Missions from Lincoln Christian Seminary and served full-time in a church-planting effort among an unreached people group in Southeast Asia for 15 years. Eliot established a coffee company to assist upland farmers and former growers of opium, and continues to roast coffee in the USA. While in Southeast Asia, Eliot developed resources for the multiplication of disciples and churches among the unreached and through Mekong Multiply continues to coordinate efforts to launch national missionaries and national missionary sending bases to reach unreached people groups in Southeast Asia and beyond. b

Trabaja bi-vocacionalmente como fundador y actual presidente de Breath of Life International/Aliento de Vida Internacional (una organización misionera) y Gerente de Proyectos en Vogt Power International. Obtuve una Maestría en Divinidad de la Escuela de Religión Emmanuel en Johnson City Tennessee, una licenciatura de ciencia en Ingeniería Civil - Ambiental, una licenciatura en Física / Ingeniería y en español de la Universidades de Clarkson en Potsdam, New York y SUNY College en Plattsburgh, New York. He was a missionary with CFM among US Hispanics, Assistant Minister at Locust Street Church of Christ in Johnson City, TN, Spanish Pastor, and founder of the Spanish ministry at the Johnson City First Christian Church, and founder of Breath of Life Christian Church in Oxnard, California. He works bi-vocationally as the founder and current president of Breath of Life International (a mission organization). I have earned a Master of Divinity from Emmanuel School of Religion, a B.S. in Civil - Environmental Engineering, a B.A. in Physics / Engineering, and Spanish from SUNY College at Plattsburgh. He is currently finishing his doctorate degree in global missions at the Southern Baptist Seminary where he is a teacher assistant. He is the area mobilizer for the Perspectives course on the Christian World Movement. But more importantly, Jose loves Jesus and has a passion for making disciples of all nations.
But the most important of Jose Martinez, is that he loves the Lord Jesus Christ with all his heart and works so that people from all over the earth worship and obey Jesus Christ.

John is the son of missionary parents and missionary grandparents, born in Colombia South America. He grew up in Kansas City, Missouri obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 1985. Married that same year to Shari they have two boys, Seth and Andy. John and Shari served with the IMB from 1991 to 2013, primarily in North Africa. By the grace of God and with great team, they helped to initiate work with three unreached people groups; they built teams and helped develop a relief and development agency so the work could be done in a restricted access nation. John earned his MDiv from SBTS in 1990 and his PhD from the Billy Graham School at SBTS in Missions in 2011. John teaches in the area of global studies and is the Department Coordinator for Global Studies at Boyce College in Louisville KY. b
