    Kyle Reschke currently works as the Pastor of Sending and Outreach Wheaton Bible Church. Previously, Kyle has served as a volunteer teacher and educational developer on the Manu’a Islands with the Center for International Development at Harvard University, and as a Project Manager with The 410 Bridge in Haiti following the devastating earthquake of 2010. Kyle is passionate about standing with vulnerable people and communities around the world, assisting people in identifying their own community assets, personal gifts, and God-given identity as agents of positive transformation in their communities. With these passions, Kyle has traveled to and worked in 42 different countries in his career. Another of Kyle’s great passions is to work with the Western Church in partnering more effectively and strategically around the world. Kyle holds undergraduate degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry (also minoring in music performance, French Horn) and Masters Degrees in Secondary Education and Educational Development, a Fellowship in International Development, and a Masters of Liberal Arts with a focus on Christian Ethics and Literature. Kyle got married in the summer of 2017 to Joy, and looks forward to all of their shared adventures and mission together in life. Kyle and Joy continue their regular runs, now with a jogger stroller with their 14 month old son Liam. Outside of these passions, Kyle personally enjoys trail running, triathlons, good meals with family and good friends, and reading anything he can get his hands on!

    Matthew is a church planter, pastor, mobilizer and trainer. Currently he serves as the pastor of Mission for Elmbrook Church, a role where he is responsible for almost 80 field workers spread across the globe. Before that he and his family lived in Siberia for almost a decade helping start churches and encourage leaders. They returned to the states in 2004 and planted a multi-site church in Washington County, Wisconsin. He also currently serves as the Wisconsin area mobilizer for Perspectives and loves seeing people take steps of involvement in God’s mission. Matthew and Kari were married in 1994 and have four children. Matthew is a hack triathlete, which means he enjoys biking and swimming, and endures running.

WILD has established national teams in over 16 African and Asian countries to include Zambia, Uganda, Liberia, Nepal, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, Cote' D'Ivoire, Sierra Leone and India.     Since learning how the entire Bible reveals God’s missions heart, Jeff has been very enthusiastic about mobilizing ordinary people to participate in God’s extraordinary work. The experience he brings to Perspectives comes from leadership in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship while at University, working as the Church Partnership Director for Shelter Now International, a relief and development organization focused on the middle east and Asia and as a youth pastor. Now a full-time Training Specialist he splits his time as the founding director of MissionGuides International. Since 2003 MissionGuides has created training curriculum and on-field projects for many teams that have done a variety of helps, leadership events, building, discipleship and evangelism projects in Trinidad, Guyana, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, India and Malawi. He is eager to expose people to their missional role in God’s plan and creates opportunities for them to engage in edge-of-the-Kingdom work with the dream of bringing an unengaged people back into the fold.     How Shall They Hear?

    Culture and intercultural communication of the gospel. Communicating the gospel with relevance at the worldview level helps avoid syncretism (blending of cultural error with God?s truth) and also enables powerful movements of the gospel. Sensitive missionaries will look for ways that God has preserved or prepared people to hear the gospel, often finding redemptive analogies for God's truth.

    Daryl (Dunc) Pfantz has 40 years experience living and working in Pacific island cultures. He has a good understanding of the methods and issues of cross-cultural ministry and community development. As members of Wycliffe Bible Translators, he and his family lived with the Kuman people in Papua New Guinea for 20 years and helped them translate the New Testament and record the Jesus video. He then moved over to the Seed Company and has developed and guided Bible translation projects carried out by local language speakers in 85 languages. Daryl is passionate about helping communities build biblically based communities founded on their traditional cultures, that also aggressively reach for the future and grow God’s global kingdom.

    TAWNYA GANFIELD has spent over two decades in international, Christian ministry. She designed and taught spiritual formation classes highlighting that Christ is for all cultures. Her cultural knowledge has been leveraged as a mediator for conflict resolution with missionary teams and intercultural colleagues. Ms. Ganfield has hosted multiple internationals in her home for both long-term and short-term stays. She headed the international hosting program at her local church for many years. Her experience includes participating on the receiving team for refugee resettlement and assistance. Maintaining healthy diversity at the church school is a priority. She has delivered cultural trainings to church worship choirs and multicultural leaders’ networks, lay volunteers and church staff on the topic of culture and its implications in a church environment. Most recently, Ms. Ganfield has assisted multicultural churches with their cultural integration efforts and furthered diversity and inclusion efforts among homogenous church congregations.
