      Kyle Reschke

      Wheaton Bible Church - Pastor or Sending and Outreach, St. Charles IL

      Kyle Reschke currently works as the Pastor of Sending and Outreach Wheaton Bible Church. Previously, Kyle has served as a volunteer teacher and educational developer on the Manu’a Islands with the Center for International Development at Harvard University, and as a Project Manager with The 410 Bridge in Haiti following the devastating earthquake of 2010. Kyle is passionate about standing with vulnerable people and communities around the world, assisting people in identifying their own community assets, personal gifts, and God-given identity as agents of positive transformation in their communities. With these passions, Kyle has traveled to and worked in 42 different countries in his career. Another of Kyle’s great passions is to work with the Western Church in partnering more effectively and strategically around the world. Kyle holds undergraduate degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry (also minoring in music performance, French Horn) and Masters Degrees in Secondary Education and Educational Development, a Fellowship in International Development, and a Masters of Liberal Arts with a focus on Christian Ethics and Literature. Kyle got married in the summer of 2017 to Joy, and looks forward to all of their shared adventures and mission together in life. Kyle and Joy continue their regular runs, now with a jogger stroller with their 14 month old son Liam. Outside of these passions, Kyle personally enjoys trail running, triathlons, good meals with family and good friends, and reading anything he can get his hands on!

      The Story of His Glory

      Elmbrook, Brookfield WI

      Matthew is a church planter, pastor, mobilizer and trainer. Currently he serves as the pastor of Mission for Elmbrook Church, a role where he is responsible for almost 80 field workers spread across the globe. Before that he and his family lived in Siberia for almost a decade helping start churches and encourage leaders. They returned to the states in 2004 and planted a multi-site church in Washington County, Wisconsin. He also currently serves as the Wisconsin area mobilizer for Perspectives and loves seeing people take steps of involvement in God’s mission. Matthew and Kari were married in 1994 and have four children. Matthew is a hack triathlete, which means he enjoys biking and swimming, and endures running.

      Your Kingdom Come

      Exploring God's purpose regarding evil: How God has accomplished a defeat of evil powers in order to open a season of history in which the nations can freely follow Christ. The kingdom of God as the destiny of all history. Christ's mission seeks a hindering of evil to bring about a sign of the coming peace of the kingdom of God. Our prayers contend with evil in order to bring about the transformation of society with Christ's kingdom in view.

      Adam currently serves as the Staff and Counseling Pastor at Crossroads Community Church in Sheboygan, Wis. - an 11-year-old, 3rd generation church plant that meets at a local elementary school. He and his wife, Tabitha, have a passion for church planting, both here in Wisconsin, but also around the world. Over the past seven years he has been on short-term church planting mission trips to Ecuador, Israel and Russia with e3 Partners Ministry.

      Wendy Lundberg recently retired as the administrator at Fond du Lac Christian School. She has her Doctorate in Education from Liberty University and has been on numerous short term mission trips to Haiti, Bahamas, Russia, and West Africa. Wendy believes in the power of missions to ignite the Church and prays for the day when the united Church will accept its calling to reach all the people of the world.

      Unleashing the Gospel

      The first followers of Jesus: obedient in costly, foundational ways. The climactic act of the book of Acts is the freeing of the gospel to be followed by Gentiles without Jewish traditions as a requirement. A foundational act of God which speaks to the situations where the gospel is hindered today. Strategic suffering and apostolic passion.

      Wise Intentional Leadership Development, Rhinelander WI

      Married to Ann and involved in interdenominational youth ministry for over 40 years, we have three adult children and five grandchildren. In early 2000's, Mike founded and directs WILD (Wise Intentional Leadership Development) while continuing in youth ministry. WILD has established national teams in over 16 African and Asian countries to include Zambia, Uganda, Liberia, Nepal, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Rwanda, Burundi, DRC, Cote' D'Ivoire, Sierra Leone and India. Mike love to travel, read especially history and leadership books and is passionate about leadership development, young people, Packers and the Badgers.

      Jenni is from Sydney Australia. She has been a Missionary with Youth With A Mission since 1982. She has ministered in 55 countries, has been a Perspectives Coordinator and taught every lesson. She is also a RN and has a degree in Social Work. Jenni has a passion for evangelism and missions and is a gifted speaker. Her stories and zeal for the Lord will challenge you to pursue God's adventure for your life!

      Since learning how the entire Bible reveals God’s missions heart, Jeff has been very enthusiastic about mobilizing ordinary people to participate in God’s extraordinary work. The experience he brings to Perspectives comes from leadership in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship while at University, working as the Church Partnership Director for Shelter Now International, a relief and development organization focused on the middle east and Asia and as a youth pastor. Now a full-time Training Specialist he splits his time as the founding director of MissionGuides International. Since 2003 MissionGuides has created training curriculum and on-field projects for many teams that have done a variety of helps, leadership events, building, discipleship and evangelism projects in Trinidad, Guyana, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, India and Malawi. He is eager to expose people to their missional role in God’s plan and creates opportunities for them to engage in edge-of-the-Kingdom work with the dream of bringing an unengaged people back into the fold. Jeff lives in Wisconsin with his wife, their two home schooled daughters and four cats.

      Dr. Mary Ho is the International Executive Leader of All Nations (http://allnations.international), a global Christian missions organization with workers making disciples and doing church planting in 44 countries. Dr. Ho is passionate about finishing the Great Commission in this generation by sharing the love of God among every people and in parts of the world where the name of Jesus Christ is little or not known. Dr. Ho received her Doctorate of Strategic Leadership from Regent University, VA, U.S.A. in 2016.

Recognizing the imbalance of mission resources shapes strategic priorities. The basic minimal missiological achievement in every people group opens the way for working with God against every kind of evil so that the gospel of the kingdom is declared and displayed with clarity and power.       Lindsey is a Greek-American living in Chicago, Illinois. After serving in East Asia, and having her eyes opened to God's love and desire for the nations, Lindsey has been focused on doing cross-cultural ministry in various contexts. Planting herself and her family in Chicago, Lindsey found multiple opportunities to be a part of expanding God's kingdom. She has now invested 15 years serving with international students, welcoming refugees, working with Perspectives, and mobilizing her church to help every follower of Christ take their next step in being a World Christian.

      How Shall They Hear?

      Culture and intercultural communication of the gospel. Communicating the gospel with relevance at the worldview level helps avoid syncretism (blending of cultural error with God?s truth) and also enables powerful movements of the gospel. Sensitive missionaries will look for ways that God has preserved or prepared people to hear the gospel, often finding redemptive analogies for God's truth.

      Rev. James Cha was born in Korea, but grew up here in the US. He studied electrical engineering at Cornell University, and worked ten years as an engineer. In 2000 he and his family went to Central Asia, where they served ten years as church planting missionaries with Pioneers. They are now back in the US reaching out to the Muslims in the Washington, DC area. He and his wife, Faith, are the Washington DC Area Coordinators for Crescent Project. Faith is also the director of an ESOL ministry in Leesburg, VA. They have three adult children and one grandchild.

      The incarnation as a model of missionary humility. How missionaries can enter appropriate roles in order to form relationships of trust and respect to develop a sense of belonging, and thus to communicate with credibility for understanding. Explore the intricacy of identification in another culture. Explore the even greater complexity of presenting identity with integrity in a globalized, terrorized, pluralized world. Recognizing the dynamics of social structure in order to initiate growing movements of ongoing communication throughout the society.

      TAWNYA GANFIELD has spent over two decades in international, Christian ministry. She designed and taught spiritual formation classes highlighting that Christ is for all cultures. Her cultural knowledge has been leveraged as a mediator for conflict resolution with missionary teams and intercultural colleagues. Ms. Ganfield has hosted multiple internationals in her home for both long-term and short-term stays. She headed the international hosting program at her local church for many years. Her experience includes participating on the receiving team for refugee resettlement and assistance. Maintaining healthy diversity at the church school is a priority. She has delivered cultural trainings to church worship choirs and multicultural leaders’ networks, lay volunteers and church staff on the topic of culture and its implications in a church environment. Most recently, Ms. Ganfield has assisted multicultural churches with their cultural integration efforts and furthered diversity and inclusion efforts among homogenous church congregations.

      The Spontaneous Multiplication of Churches

      Look beyond institutional features of churches to understand churches as dynamic movements of Christ Himself being followed. Such a view of churches as organic, living things opens up the practicality of seeing them multiply rapidly as movements and also flourish in society bearing the fruit of social transformation. Churches as counter-communities, acting as salt and light, bringing change to their cultures. How movements multiply by connecting with entire families and larger social structures.

      Ron Lindsey, is the President of Ethnos360 Bible Institute and speaks with first hand experience regarding church planting among unreached people groups in remote environments. Ron and his family lived with a remote people in the jungles of Papua New Guinea for 18 years. Ron's experiences include jungle airstrip construction, language and culture acquisition, chronological approach to church planting and, Bible translation. Currently Ron serves as the President of Ethnos360 Bible Institute, in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Ron and Carrie's sons have completed missionary training with one serving in Prague, Czech Republic.       Andy Minch has spent 20 years working as a Bible translator in Papua New Guinea with Wycliffe Bible Translators. For the past decade he was an international administrator helping oversee about 20% of the world's remaining translation needs. Presently he is part of Wycliffe’s National Speaker’s bureau speaking on college campus’ and other venues. He is author of the book 'Words Can Not Express'.
