He currently attends Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he is pursuing his next Masters degree in Church Leadership. He currently serves as Lead Pastor of Summit Conway.     Brittany is a North Carolina native living in Washington, DC with her partner in life and ministry, Alex, a Campus Ministry Director at Howard University. Brittany serves as an Educator and Recruiter with SIM USA, an international mission organization existing to respond to need, proclaim the Gospel and equip local churches in communities where Jesus is least known. After living in South America for a season, Brittany has spent the past five years recruiting and equipping African American believers for God’s global Gospel work, training candidates of all backgrounds as they prepare for overseas service, and journeying with church and organization leaders desiring to send well.     Joshua is the Executive Director of All Nations Kansas City – a missions training and sending organization that oversees church planting work in 25 countries. He is also a core team member, coach, and consultant for 5Q, an organization that unlocks and releases the potential of five-fold ministry in the body of Christ and part of the mDNA Training Ecosystem team that is a part of Movement Leaders Collective. Joshua spent 7 years in the Middle East and Asia catalyzing movements to Jesus and saw many Muslim background people get baptized, say yes to following Jesus, and start simple reproducing Jesus communities amidst their own culture. He loves to coach and train others to ignite movements to Jesus. He is also the host of the podcast Shifting Culture.     Disciple Making Mentors, Fayetteville AR

    Louise first took the Perspectives course in 1988, when she and her husband Brian were working with Navajo Gospel mission in Arizona. The course changed the course of their lives and ended up at the ends of the earth. From the Navajo Tribe to Outer Mongolia, their passion has been to see Jesus glorified and lifted up among those who have never known Him. From 1993-1996 their team pioneered a church planting movement in Erdenet, Mongolia that continues to grow under fully indigenous leadership to this day. Their Mongolian disciples are now training and sending out their own missionaries to other unreached people groups. The story of the work in Erdenet can be read in Brian’s book: There’s a Sheep in my Bathtub (Asteroidea Books), and in the case study article – “Mongols Follow the Khan of Khans” – included in Perspectives Reader Louise trained as a midwife in 2010-2011 and practiced in Northern California and NW Arkansas. She now devotes her time and energy to training Traditional Birth Attendants (TBAs – village midwives) who are also disciple makers. She has run multiple trainings in Uganda, Columbia, South Sudan, Mozambique, Malawi and Madagascar. Louise finances the travel and expenses for these trips from the sale of her home-made artisan greeting cards. Louise also staffs Schools of Frontier Mission for YWAM and mentors college-age women headed for the mission field. Together, Brian and Louise put on semi-annual GAP Gatherings where church planters come from around the world to share a week with their peers and relaunch their vision to see a Disciple Making Movement among the people they work with.

    Andrew grew up on a farm in Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Biological Systems Engineering in 2013. Upon graduation, Andrew joined staff with The Traveling Team, a mobilization ministry that recruits students from all major universities to God's global purposes. During a five year span, Andrew spoke to over 25,000 students at 150 different universities across the country about God's heart for the world. In 2018, Andrew and his wife joined Christar and moved to Spain for one year to work on a mobilization project hosting college students for short term trips and internships while working with Muslim immigrants and refugees. Andrew has firsthand experience in 12 different countries where Christar workers serve among least reached peoples and now serves with his wife as the directors of mobilization for Christar in the US.
