      Sean and his wife Meredith have spent the last decade traveling the entire Continental U.S. casting mission vision with Traveling Team. They have a two year old daughter named Haven. Sean graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Communication. He has short term exposure in India and Indonesia. Sean continues to travel nation wide speaking to students and churches. When not speaking he serves alongside The Traveling Team Leadership as the Director of Ministry Advancement. He is working on a Masters Degree from Reformed Theological Seminary.

      Leonard N. (Len) Bartlotti, Ph.D. is a well-known speaker, author, mobilizer, educator and strategy consultant to faith-based organizations in the Middle East/Asia. He and his wife Debi served 14 years among one of the world's largest Muslim people groups. Dr. Len is a passionate communicator who combines a love for students with deep empathy and understanding of other cultures. He and his wife Debi, a nurse midwife and licensed Spiritual Director, have been married for over 45 years, and have three married adult children, and six grandsons, and live in Springfield, Missouri.

The kingdom of God as the destiny of all history. Christ's mission seeks a hindering of evil to bring about a sign of the coming peace of the kingdom of God. Our prayers contend with evil in order to bring about the transformation of society with Christ's kingdom in view.

      SALT Somali Adult Literacy Training, Minneapolis MN

      Michael Neterer serves as the director of SALT - Somali Adult Literacy Training, with Arrive Ministries in Minneapolis, affiliated with World Relief. https://arriveministries.org/salt/. SALT supports 20+ weekly outreach teams that train and mobilize over 100 volunteers every year to “share Jesus with our Somali neighbors through literacy & friendship.” Michael and his wife Sara met at Bethany Global University in Minnesota. In 1993, they served an 8-month internship in the former Soviet republics of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. They intended to return to the “field” after completing training, but in 1999 the Lord made it clear that their calling was literally “across the street.” Michael taught ESL at various Twin Cities institutes until he started SALT at the invitation of a Somali pastor in 2003. In 2010 he published his MA thesis, “Love Our Somali Neighbors,” as the capstone for the Organizational Management graduate degree at Concordia University St. Paul. He is working on a second MA in Applied Anthropology from the Wycliffe affiliated Dallas International University focused on the “bible-less” languages of Somalia. Michael and Sara are raising three boys to love and serve the Lord in the inner city of Minneapolis where they live, work and go to school.

      As a college student, God gripped Jake’s heart with a vision of the local church gripped by and engaged in proclaiming the Gospel. After 7 years serving as a worship leader and working with college students, God has affirmed the call help plant River City Church in 2009. Giving oversight to the administrative aspects of ministry, Jake works with structures and systems to help River City accomplish its mission to make disciples of Jesus. Jake also oversees the worship at River City Downtown and works with a great team of volunteers to make our corporate worship rich and Christ-exalting. Jake is married to Amy and they have five children, Natalie, Benjamin, Norah, Lucy and Ruby. Jake enjoys time with his family, a good round of disk golf and a hot cup of coffee.

She has served with Youth with a Mission (YWAM), Caleb Project, , Teen Mania, La Canada Presbyterian church and supervised over 40 Perspectives courses. Leading youth teams to Yemen, India, Turkey, Malaysia, China and Thailand has helped her training remain practical and reproducible, as she continues to train young people in YWAM and churches in Perspectives. Amy and her husband raise cattle in Wyoming and home educate one son, while their other son attends high school.
