Eliot has a Masters Degree in World Missions from Lincoln Christian Seminary and served full-time in a church-planting effort among an unreached people group in Southeast Asia for 15 years. Eliot established a coffee company to assist upland farmers and former growers of opium, and continues to roast coffee in the USA. While in Southeast Asia, Eliot developed resources for the multiplication of disciples and churches among the unreached and through Mekong Multiply continues to coordinate efforts to launch national missionaries and national missionary sending bases to reach unreached people groups in Southeast Asia and beyond.

      Rev. James Cha was born in Korea, but grew up here in the US. He studied electrical engineering at Cornell University, and worked ten years as an engineer. In 2000 he and his wife, Faith, took their 3 kids to Central Asia, where they served ten years as church planting missionaries with Pioneers. They are now back in the US reaching out to the Muslims in the Washington, DC area. James & Faith are Washington DC Area Coordinators for Crescent Project.
