Bruce is the Founder and CEO of Gen12 Ministries as well as a former Perspectives Regional Director for the Rocky Mountain Region.
Gen12, located in Jacksonville, Florida, is a missions mobilizing ministry that focuses on teaching and training churches and businesses on how they can better use their resources for God's Kingdom, as well as enabling them to run strategic trips to connect directly with missionaries all over the world, with an emphasis on training pastors and missionaries within the 10/40 Window. He has had the privilege to share the Gospel in 38+ countries and loves experiencing and learning about new cultures. He currently sits on the board of an orphanage with plans to expand into unreached areas of the globe. Beyond his heart for missions, teaching, and traveling, Bruce loves scuba diving and spending time with his wife enjoying the outdoors.

God has been calling Nicole to missions since before she was walking with Him. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business and Risk Management. Through studying abroad twice in college, God began to open her eyes to her love of other cultures, languages, and travel. After graduation, she worked in financial services for a few years before God called her into ministry. While working for North Point Ministries, she went on her first short-term missions trip. Through 2 trips to the 10/40 window, God called her into vocational missions. In 2014, she joined the staff of Cafe 1040 first as a mobilizer and then as a team lead. She now serves on their board of directors. She is also the Missions Director at Restoration Church in Alpharetta. She is passionate about the unreached, mobilization, and God's heart for the nations. b

Chiu Hea loves to teach in a way that displays the power of God in lives released for God’s glory. After 10 years in Pasadena, CA, at Frontier Ventures, she and Mark moved to Atlanta to raise Brandon and Kimberly. From 2000-2015, they invested in Perspectives, mobilized many to serve refugees from Burma, Nepal, Somalia, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Iraq. They also provided homestay to international students learning English in an immersion setting.
Recently, after 4 years in Jordan and Malaysia (counseling missionaries and serving refugees), they returned to Atlanta as empty-nesters, encouraging others to go deep with God. They enjoy caring for international students through iFace Ministries, and bringing people together around themes of global significance.

Scott is in charge of adding video content from seminary professors and pastors around the world into our free, online curriculum.
Before this, Scott was the minister of missions and spiritual formation at Chapelgate Presbyterian Church, where he oversaw global church planting partnerships and local evangelism and mercy ministries.

Steven Masood became a follower of Jesus in April 1973 in Karachi, Pakistan from a Muslim background. His testimony is chronicled in Into the Light. Steven earned a PhD from the London School of Theology thru Brunel University, London, on Islam and Christianity.
He has spent 30+ years studying and working in Christian-Muslim relations and has taught Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim relations as a visiting lecturer in Christian institutions in Britain and the Far East.

They first encountered Go To Nations while already serving as missionaries in Siberia. They returned to Russia full-time, planting new works and aiding national church networks to embrace their Great Commission calling. Now based at the Go To Nations Headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, Victor currently serves as Director of GTN Frontier Missions, with a two tiered strategy. First, equipping American missionaries to reach Frontier People Groups, while also envisioning and mobilizing indigenous workers to raise up powerful, self-supporting disciple making movements.
