      Bruce is the Founder and CEO of Gen12 Ministries as well as a former Perspectives Regional Director for the Rocky Mountain Region. Gen12, located in Jacksonville, Florida, is a missions mobilizing ministry that focuses on teaching and training churches and businesses on how they can better use their resources for God's Kingdom, as well as enabling them to run strategic trips to connect directly with missionaries all over the world, with an emphasis on training pastors and missionaries within the 10/40 Window. He has had the privilege to share the Gospel in 38+ countries and loves experiencing and learning about new cultures. He currently sits on the board of an orphanage with plans to expand into unreached areas of the globe. Beyond his heart for missions, teaching, and traveling, Bruce loves scuba diving and spending time with his wife enjoying the outdoors.

      God has been calling Nicole to missions since before she was walking with Him. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business and Risk Management. Through studying abroad twice in college, God began to open her eyes to her love of other cultures, languages, and travel. After graduation, she worked in financial services for a few years before God called her into ministry. While working for North Point Ministries, she went on her first short-term missions trip. Through 2 trips to the 10/40 window, God called her into vocational missions. In 2014, she joined the staff of Cafe 1040 first as a mobilizer and then as a team lead. She now serves on their board of directors. She is also the Missions Director at Restoration Church in Alpharetta. She is passionate about the unreached, mobilization, and God's heart for the nations.

      Chiu Hea loves to teach in a way that displays the power of God in lives released for God’s glory. After 10 years in Pasadena, CA, at Frontier Ventures, she and Mark moved to Atlanta to raise Brandon and Kimberly. From 2000-2015, they invested in Perspectives, mobilized many to serve refugees from Burma, Nepal, Somalia, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Iraq. They also provided homestay to international students learning English in an immersion setting. Recently, after 4 years in Jordan and Malaysia (counseling missionaries and serving refugees), they returned to Atlanta as empty-nesters, encouraging others to go deep with God. They enjoy caring for international students through iFace Ministries, and bringing people together around themes of global significance.

      Mark Baxter is the visionary leader of Youth With A Mission Jacksonville, Florida. Mark and Janet started the base in January 2001 because they are passionate about taking the Gospel to places where it isn't. They have 3 children - Daniel, Kathleen, and Jennifer along with 8 grandchildren. Mark has ministered in over 130 nations and he, Janet, and their youngest child lived in Harbin, China teaching English and planted a church among unreached people in 2008/09. Mark is on YWAM's international frontier missions leadership team, is the missions pastor at Redeemer Church, and is part of the NoPLaceLeft network in Jacksonville.

      Scott Simmons is currently the Director of Professor Relations for Third Millennium Ministries, a ministry designed to provide theological education to church leaders around the world for free. Scott is in charge of adding video content from seminary professors and pastors around the world into our free, online curriculum. Before this, Scott was the minister of missions and spiritual formation at Chapelgate Presbyterian Church, where he oversaw global church planting partnerships and local evangelism and mercy ministries.       Steven Masood became a follower of Jesus in April 1973 in Karachi, Pakistan from a Muslim background. His testimony is chronicled in Into the Light. Steven earned a PhD from the London School of Theology thru Brunel University, London, on Islam and Christianity. He has spent 30+ years studying and working in Christian-Muslim relations and has taught Islamic Studies and Christian-Muslim relations as a visiting lecturer in Christian institutions in Britain and the Far East. Steven also lectures in conferences and churches on varied subjects including the integrity of Christian and Muslim scriptures, and sharing the Gospel of Jesus.       Victor, along with his gifted wife Kathie, are experienced field missionaries, seeing much fruit in church planting, leadership development and humanitarian / developmental work. They first encountered Go To Nations while already serving as missionaries in Siberia. They returned to Russia full-time, planting new works and aiding national church networks to embrace their Great Commission calling. Now based at the Go To Nations Headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, Victor currently serves as Director of GTN Frontier Missions, with a two tiered strategy. First, equipping American missionaries to reach Frontier People Groups, while also envisioning and mobilizing indigenous workers to raise up powerful, self-supporting disciple making movements. Victor also serves as First Coast City Director for City for the Nations, a strategy to connect 100 US cities to "adopt" entire countries until disciples and churches are made in every community.

      Grant Haynes founded Global Frontier Missions in 2000 while church planting among indigenous groups in southern Mexico. His passion is to see as many individuals and churches as possible praying, giving, welcoming, and going to the least reached people groups of the earth. Grant spent 14 years serving in Oaxaca, Mexico with his wife and three children church planting, hosting short-term mission groups, running an indigenous Bible school, and starting a missionary training school for North Americans. Grant now serves in Clarkston, GA, known as the most diverse square mile in America, reaching refugees from Iraq, Burma, Bhutan, Nepal, Somalia, Ethiopia, and many other nations.

After completing a Perspectives course in 2011 where God opened her eyes to the BILLIONS of people around the world who have never heard the gospel, she transitioned from teaching here in the US and became an Educational Consultant in an unreached area of the world. Through education, she has built bridges into communities both overseas, as well as the refugee community here in Florida, where she has seen God draw many Muslims to Himself.       In 2009, Tony and his wife, Sondra, were blessed with the privilege of being a part of founding Jubilee Kids, a community development ministry that supports Jubilee Blanc, Haiti, through child education, medical care and discipleship training. He currently leads Jubilee Kids as the Chairman of the Board and acting Treasurer. His Perspectives involvement started several years ago by purchasing the Reader with his son's recommendation. Tony took the online class in the fall of 2017, and after the class asked the question "What's the next step?" So He became a coordinator. Tony's desire is to see God create a Perspectives movement in the Golden Isles community.
