Find A PCW

Call or email the Regional Director listed as the contact for the workshop (below) to alert them of your interest, and find out where to send the application, references, and fee.
View and complete the PCW Application Form (pdf).
You will also need the Lausanne Covenant (pdf) and two copies of the PCW reference form (pdf), one for your pastor, and one for someone else who knows you well.
