    Dr. Jon Hardin is the National Communications Specialist for Frontiers. He has served in full-time missions work for over 25 years. Jon regularly speaks and teaches in churches, conferences, and various training events around the world--he has taught over 35,000 Perspectives students. Jon has a passion for seeing local churches and ordinary Christians step into strategic roles in the global missions enterprise. Jon is an ordained minister, holds a PhD from the VU University in Amsterdam, and did post-graduate studies at the International Baptist Theological Seminary in Prague.     Leroy R. Armstrong, Jr. is a native of Kansas City, MO and resides in the Dallas area with his wife Genena and family. Leroy holds degrees from the University of Kansas (B. S.     I grew up in Northern Michigan. Married to Tina since 1983. We have five adult children. We have lived in rural Kansas-Lawrence area since 1995. I have a B.S in Biblical Studies and an M.A. in Theology/Evangelistic Studies. I served full-time in Evangelistic Adult/Business Community ministries of Campus Crusade from 1986-1997 in Michigan, California, and Kansas. I trained Church planters with Church Planter's Training Int'l in The Ukraine and Russia from 1995-1998. I have been an Itinerant Preacher with Ambassadors for Christ Int'l-USA from 1997- Present. I have carried out a ministry of Evangelism/Apologetics/Preaching/Teaching in a vast variety of settings from the community, to churches, to various retreats and conferences, men's outdoor-type retreats, to Universities, to the Corrections system. I have been involved with a few Int'l Comrades in training over 2500 leaders in African countries in Spiritual Leadership, Evangelism, Apologetics, and Church planting. When not directly ministering I am either studying (too many things I want to know!), working in our small hobby farm, or lost out in the outdoors somewhere hiking and hunting.     Stan and his wife, Valli, served full-time with World Partners since 1978. Valli passed away in November 2021 after a long battle with M.S. Their experience includes 10 years of church planting and curative medical work in Sierra Leone, West Africa among the Yalunka People; 3 years at the US Center as Administrative Director for the Adopt-a-People Clearinghouse; 3 years mobilizing churches to adopt unreached people groups; 2 years training students at Bethel College, Mishawaka, IN; 4 years coaching workers in Africa and the Middle East; and 16 years reaching out to Middle Wast refugees in Kansas City, Missouri. They moved to Maquoketa, Iowa in October 2018 and will begin a new ministry to Middle East students. Stan will continue to serve with World Partners as a traveling evangelist among Muslims and instructor for Perspectives.

She lived in Central Asia for ten years, where she planted churches among three people groups, two of whom are Muslim. She earned an MA and PhD in Linguistics (i.e. Bible Translation) from the University of Texas at Arlington. She has published numerous books and articles in missions.     Global Frontier Missions, Lilburn GA

    Grant Haynes founded Global Frontier Missions in 2000 while church planting among indigenous groups in southern Mexico. His passion is to see as many individuals and churches as possible praying, giving, welcoming, and going to the least reached people groups of the earth. Grant spent 14 years serving in Oaxaca, Mexico with his wife and three children church planting, hosting short-term mission groups, running an indigenous Bible school, and starting a missionary training school for North Americans. Grant now serves in Clarkston, GA, known as the most diverse square mile in America, reaching refugees from Iraq, Burma, Bhutan, Nepal, Somalia, Ethiopia, and many other nations.

    Joshua is the Executive Director of All Nations Kansas City – a missions training and sending organization that oversees church planting work in 25 countries. He is also a core team member, coach, and consultant for 5Q, an organization that unlocks and releases the potential of five-fold ministry in the body of Christ and part of the mDNA Training Ecosystem team that is a part of Movement Leaders Collective. Joshua spent 7 years in the Middle East and Asia catalyzing movements to Jesus and saw many Muslim background people get baptized, say yes to following Jesus, and start simple reproducing Jesus communities amidst their own culture. He loves to coach and train others to ignite movements to Jesus. He is also the host of the podcast Shifting Culture. He loves movies, traveling the world, being surrounded by nature, and spending time on the golf course. Joshua lives in Kansas City, Mo. with his wife Meredith, who co-leads All Nations Kansas City.     Patrick Lai is a slave of Jesus. He has worked in SE Asia for 34 years; 10 years as a regular missionary and the past 24 years he has started 14 small businesses in 4 countries, 6 of which are still operating. The Lord enabled his team to win nearly 80 Muslims to Himself and gather 4 groups of Muslim believers. Patrick is the author of Tentmaking – The Life and Work of Business as Missions and Business for Transformation – Getting Started. Patrick’s degrees are in business marketing, University of Oregon; MDIV, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Chicago; Doctorate of Missiology (Topic: Problems and Solutions for Enhancing the Productivity of Tentmakers/BAMers Doing Church Planting in the 10/40 Window"), Asian Graduate School of Theology, Manila. Patrick founded the OPEN Network, and then OPEN USA (formerly NexusB4T) to coordinate services and equip young workers and their churches for reaching peoples overseas via business. Currently Patrick and May mentor and coach business people working where there are few or no churches. They have a son and daughter-in-law serving the Lord in Denver as a banker and lawyer, and another son running an app development business in south Asia.

    Steve Vinton has served for more than three decades as a missionary in Africa, first as a teacher, and then as an adviser to his former students as they worked together to plant churches, to start primary and secondary schools, medical clinics, a teacher training college and a theological college, as well as to launch various community development projects. Steve and his wife Susan took the Perspectives Course together in 1990, quit their jobs in Washington DC and served as missionaries in the Congo until they were forced by war in 1999 to relocate to the neighboring country of Tanzania. In 2005, together with a number of their former students, Steve and Susan founded Village Schools International.

    Jim Capaldo and his family spent 11 years serving in a pioneering church planting movement among the Tuvan tribe of Siberian Russia, a land where Shamanism and Buddhism have the prominent religions for centuries. Jim took a holistic approach to church planting that involved both the spiritual elements of evangelism and discipleship as well as addressing the the physical elements through community development and business as mission. Following his missionary career, Jim has served as as the Outreach and Teaching Pastors at ChangePoint Church in Anchorage, AK and Central Baptist Church in Sioux Falls, SD. He currently serves as the District Executive Minister of the Converge Heartland District (formerly known as Baptist General Conference) working to see a gospel-centered church bringing transformation to every Heartland community.     Hudson Smith is from the United States, and grew up in Arkansas, earning a degree in history from the University of Arkansas. For 10 years, he served as the Director of Operations for The Traveling Team. The Traveling Team is a mobilization organization that recruits college students from all major US universities toward Christ's global cause. During his time on staff, he traveled to 49 states and 3 countries and spoke to over 40,000 college students, sharing God's heart for the world.
