      Jaime was born in Willmar, MN, into a family with a heritage in missions.  His dad, Steve, is the son of martyr, Nate Saint, a jungle missionary pilot who was speared to death in the Amazon Rainforest of Ecuador, South America in 1956 by the Waodani tribe.  Jaime grew up in a family that participated in mission ventures in Ecuador as well as in Mali, West Africa, in-between businesses that took them from Minnesota to Texas and eventually to central Florida where I-TEC is headquartered. After graduating from high school in 1995, Jaime moved with his family to the Amazon Rainforest to help the Waodani tribe learn to do for themselves what outsiders had been doing so that the Waodani could reach their own people with the Gospel.  After returning from the jungles, Jaime attended the University of Florida, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing.  After his second year of college, Jaime married Jessica Shea, a girl he met just before leaving for the jungles.  Jaime and Jessica have been married for over 24 years and have six beautiful daughters, including one set of twins who became their grand finale. In 2010, Jaime joined the Indigenous People’s Technology and Education Center (I-TEC), which was founded by his dad, Steve.  Since his Dad's injury in 2012, Jaime has become the primary spokesperson for I-TEC, helping people in North America and around the world catch the vision for training Indigenous Christ followers with tools to open doors for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

      Grant Haynes founded Global Frontier Missions in 2000 while church planting among indigenous groups in southern Mexico. His passion is to see as many individuals and churches as possible praying, giving, welcoming, and going to the least reached people groups of the earth. Grant spent 14 years serving in Oaxaca, Mexico with his wife and three children church planting, hosting short-term mission groups, running an indigenous Bible school, and starting a missionary training school for North Americans. Grant now serves in Clarkston, GA, known as the most diverse square mile in America, reaching refugees from Iraq, Burma, Bhutan, Nepal, Somalia, Ethiopia, and many other nations.

      Carol Richardson is a lifelong lover of the arts, books, and God's Word. She holds a Bible college missions diploma, a B.A. in English, and audited seminary courses. She served as a pastor’s wife in 3 churches and has supported missionaries for 48 years. After several years of singleness, she met and married widower Don Richardson, missiologist and author, whom she joined in ministry for over 13 years under a mission called World Team until Don's passing in Dec. 2018. Carol has advanced the cause of missions globally via public speaking, prayer, correspondence, and giving. She teaches Bible studies, speaks at retreats and special events, free-lance edits, and has mentored women. She has served on the Perspectives Area Team for her locale and as Prayer Team Leader in local Perspectives classes. Taking Perspectives 'raised the bar' in her personal missions understanding, generating more passion to foster Christian discipleship and greater engagement in God’s global purpose.

      Scott Simmons is currently the Director of Professor Relations for Third Millennium Ministries, a ministry designed to provide theological education to church leaders around the world for free. Before this, Scott was the minister of missions and spiritual formation at Chapelgate Presbyterian Church, where he oversaw global church planting partnerships and local evangelism and mercy ministries.       Victor, along with his gifted wife Kathie, are experienced field missionaries, seeing much fruit in church planting, leadership development and humanitarian / developmental work. They first encountered Go To Nations while already serving as missionaries in Siberia. They returned to Russia full-time, planting new works and aiding national church networks to embrace their Great Commission calling. Now based at the Go To Nations Headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida, Victor currently serves as Director of GTN Frontier Missions, with a two tiered strategy. First, equipping American missionaries to reach Frontier People Groups, while also envisioning and mobilizing indigenous workers to raise up powerful, self-supporting disciple making movements. Victor also serves as First Coast City Director for City for the Nations, a strategy to connect 100 US cities to "adopt" entire countries until disciples and churches are made in every community.

Mark has ministered in over 130 nations and he, Janet, and their youngest child lived in Harbin, China teaching English and planted a church among unreached people in 2008/09.       How Shall They Hear?

      Culture and intercultural communication of the gospel. Communicating the gospel with relevance at the worldview level helps avoid syncretism (blending of cultural error with God?s truth) and also enables powerful movements of the gospel. Sensitive missionaries will look for ways that God has preserved or prepared people to hear the gospel, often finding redemptive analogies for God's truth.

      We are Tom and Danielle Brendle. We have been married for 27 years. In 1998, God took Danielle and I and our two little boys to Papua New Guinea. It was here that we became vessels to share the love of Christ with the Siawi people. The years were difficult, but we would not trade them. Today,there is a functioning church in Siawi. In 2009, our time of ministering in PNG ended, and we returned to Florida (with four boys) to work at the Ethnos360 home office. Today we serve as the Directors of Member Care. We have a passion to see others thrive as image bearers of the Creator.

      While pursuing her degree, God grew Julie’s heart for missions among people who have little or no access to the gospel. Before even going on a short-term mission trip Julie made a three-year commitment to church planting in South Asia. She loved those years, but afterward God led her to work at Pioneers in Orlando. After four years on the mobilization team, now she serves as a pre-field coach, helping people move into cross-cultural, church-planting ministry with unreached people groups.

      Dr. Jared Looney grew up a few minutes from the Texas/Mexico border. In 1996, he graduated from Abilene Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in mission studies. He then worked in cross-cultural ministry in Houston, TX in impoverished neighborhoods at Impact Ministries. While in Houston, he completed a Master of Arts in theological studies at Houston Graduate School of Theology, with a research emphasis on multiethnic church growth. In 2001, Jared relocated to New York City as an urban missionary and spent 15 years serving in The Bronx in culturally diverse settings. In 2010, he completed a Doctor of Missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary. In 2013, he founded Global City Mission Initiative (GCMI), a missions organization pursuing disciple-making in globalized urban areas. As missionaries in global cities, GCMI serves diverse populations, including Unreached People Groups, ethnic enclaves, international students, at-risk youth, Post-Christendom populations, and various other communities. Dr. Looney has trained missionary candidates both on-the-field and in the classroom. Working with the leadership team of the Equip program in NYC, he was involved in training missionary apprentices from multiple agencies; he has often served as adjunct faculty for universities and seminaries; and he has mentored numerous missionary apprentices & interns. He is author of Crossroads of the Nations: Globalization, Diaspora & Evangelism -- named a top 15 mission studies text of 2015 by International Bulletin of Mission Research -- and co-author of Mosaic: A Ministry Handbook for a Globalizing World. He has been a guest lecturer in various colleges & university classrooms including: Abilene Christian University, Yale University, Biola University, and various others. Leading the expansion of Global City Mission Initiative, he relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2016, where he currently resides with his wife, Hylma, and daughter, Adalia.
